Change Management & Enhancements
Fixed price does not mean you cannot add or remove things as we go along.
In principle, adding or changing simple things which are not going to have a material impact on the cost (i.e. time) simply get included and done at no additional charge. We want the solution to be as good as possible for you and if it isn’t costing us much to include simple enhancements or tidy things as you would like them then we are happy to accommodate. A restaurant isn’t going to charge extra whether you order your steak rare or well-done and neither are we!
Where a new requirement or idea must be incorporated we will first look to separate it out and do it after the main project deliverable. If it really must be done within the current iteration then we will work with you to agree the impact on time and likely cost.
